Job Description:
  • The individual will be responsible for managing the consultants or contractors in both areas and provide direction on support or enhancement or projects.
  • The individual will work closely with onsite team in US; take direction from functional managers in US and provide regular updates to management.
  • The individual will maintain a high level of knowledge in technology, systems and industry trends.
  • The individual will understands business problems and proposes effective technical solutions as required.
  • The individual will translates functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and leads to implement them.
  • The individual will closely works with technical team members to accomplish set objectives and deliverable deadlines.
  • The individual will work effectively with cross functional teams in order to implement effective solutions.
Bachelor or Master’s engineering degree in Computer Science or Management Information System (MIS) or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years to 13 years of experience in SD or MM or PP Modules.

  • The individual should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SD or MM or PP Modules
  • The individual should have ability to troubleshoot and diagnose environment or application related problems.
  • The individual should have ability to work closely with other IT and business teams to identify and resolve production problems.
  • The individual researches and analyzes production problems/outages and provide root cause analysis to upper management.
  • The individual should have ability to escalate and follow up on problems.
  • The individual must have good team relationship qualities, good communication skills with various levels of the organization, and core competencies in SAP SD or MM/PP.
  • The individual must be a self-motivated and have ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines.
  • The individual must have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • The individual should have worked on Sales Order processing; Logistics execution; Pricing, Billing and Outputs OR Worked on Production Execution, Planning, Procurement, Invoicing, Inventory Mgmt.
  • The individual should have hand on experience on designing interface (B2B, EDI, Agile MDM, i2) with development team and knowledge on idoc processing.
  • The individual should have experience with Handling unit management and Packing functionality in deliveries.
  • The individual should have experience working with 3PLs (3rd Part Logistics Providers).
  • The individual should have experience on various output type and output determination procedure including Requirement and data transfer routines.
  • The individual should have experience on pricing configuration, In-house & CM Manufacturing Processes along with working closely with business users for delivering enhancement.
  • The experience in ABAP Development, GTS module and dealing with China customs issues is a big plus.
  • The individual should have experience on Warehouse Management and should have worked for at least three full lifecycle SAP implementation.
  • Clients must include multi-national companies with headquarter in US and performed the work on-site. Have worked in a team-lead role in the past three years on implementation projects, providing the team with both technical guidance as well as people management. Excellent communication skills that can independently drive the discussion/workshops with Business owners, present design options and guide Business in deciding on the solution.
